A Fresh Exterior Look for an Aging Home 

Background: 

The Arce family had lived in their home for many years, and throughout that time their home’s old green siding had begun to show signs of wear and tear. Their old siding had missing pieces, cracks and was buckling all around their home’s exterior. They knew it was time to give their home a new look and decided to look for a new siding replacement. They were looking for a cost-effective and low-maintenance solution to update the exterior of their home with. After doing some research they decided that replacing their home’s old vinyl siding with today’s new modern vinyl siding products was the best option. 

They found that vinyl siding is generally less expensive than other types of siding materials, such as wood, brick or stone and also requires less labor costs.Additionally, they learned that modern siding is much more resistant to fading, warping, cracking, high winds, hail, and extreme temperatures. Furthermore, new siding technology prevents the need for painting or staining which makes it a low maintenance exterior. Lastly, they were impressed with the increased energy efficiency that modern siding insulation offers so that was a big benefit for them. They chose a modern, low-gloss finish in a neutral Pebblestone Clay color that complemented their existing roof and trim. The siding was professionally installed by our in-house and professionally trained crew. Our siding installers removed the old vinyl siding and properly insulated the walls before installing the new vinyl panels. After the Tyvek insulation was applied, the crew installed the new vinyl siding and cleaned up the property leaving nothing behind. The entire siding replacement process took only 1 day to complete!
