Our previous customer’s new challenge

We recently had the pleasure of completing more home improvement work for one of our previous customers in Thomasville PA. Previously we replaced and installed 11 Okna windows and a sliding glass door replacement for their home about 8 years prior. They were very impressed with the quality and the durability of the Okna windows and the sliding glass door. They also very much enjoyed the energy saving benefits of the window and door products that we offer at Aspen Home Improvements. As the years passed they noticed some of their roof shingles falling off every time it would storm and whenever there were strong winds. They were aware that their roof had reached the end of its lifespan and that they needed to get a new roof replacement. They then reached out to Aspen once again for a free consultation on a new architectural shingle roof replacement.

Siding and new roof consultation

Their dedicated representative scheduled an in-home appointment to discuss the specifics of their new roof. This was the same representative that helped them 8 years prior! When our representative arrived they were happy to find our clients’ windows and doors were still in top condition and had exceeded their client’s expectations. For the consultation the representative presented multiple shingle samples and catalogs with their presentation to demonstrate the benefits of our Atlas shingle roof system.
Throughout the presentation our clients were impressed by the anti-streak feature of the Atlas roof shingles. Additionally they were impressed with our transferable lifetime labor and materials warranty which was the best roof warranty they saw when getting other quotes. They reviewed the different architectural shingle styles and colors that are offered by our Atlas roofing system. The clients elected the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingle in Pewter, a hearthstone gray color.

While our representative was there they expressed their interest to eventually replace their old home siding so they wanted a free quote just to get an idea. Luckily, our representatives are always prepared and we were able to show them a catalog of all of our siding styles and color options from Mastic, our siding manufacturer. We even provided samples to give them a feel and look of the product quality. They elected siding in a dutchlap siding style and in the Everest color.
Once their final details were selected we measured up their exterior and roof and provided them a quote on the spot.

Since they were one of our previous customers and they were potentially interested in getting two more services done we were able to provide them with a discount and bundle the orders together to get them some great savings. They were ecstatic about the quote we gave them and even wanted to add in some trim work. Once their order was finalized we submitted it to our local manufacturers.

Once we received our clients custom orders from Atlas and Mastic we promptly scheduled an installation appointment with our client. The best part is we were able to get this huge job done in just 1 day! Bothour teams of roofing contractors and siding installers worked together to efficiently turnover this project. The project was a success and our clients were speechless. With the addition of the new roof, siding, and trim their entire exterior was remodeled by Aspen. Our clients were very pleased and excited to be a returning Aspen customer!
