Warranties:
INSUL-TEC’S State-of-the-art manufacturing process produces a technologically advanced vinyl material which includes a lead free UPVC frame with sunshield compounds, titanium dioxide, UV inhibitors, stabilizers, impact modifiers and color fade protection that achieves the superior performance characteristics of an advanced vinyl product. INSUL-TEC windows are custom sized and manufactured to exact specifications.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Vinyl Frame and Sash Members
The vinyl extrusions are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. INSUL-TEC’S vinyl sash and main frames are further warranted against warping, twisting, bowing, chipping, cracking, peeling, flaking, blistering, corrosion, chalking and discoloration other than normal weathering for the life of the property.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Hardware
All hardware and moving parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship including locks, vent latches, tilt latches, balancing system, crank systems, screen frames and weather stripping for the life of the property.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Insulated Glass Unit
Dual and Triple glazed glass units are warranted against the development of film formation, moisture or any visual obstruction between the interior glass surfaces caused by failure of the Heat Seal spacer for the life of the property.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Glass Breakage
The double strength glass units are warranted against any and all forms of breakage for the life of the property.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Labor Charges
ASPEN HOME IMPROVEMENTS warrants that there will be no labor charges to repair or replace the INSUL-TEC window if the respective failure is due to defect in materials or workmanship.
LIFETIME WARRANTY/Installation and Trim Coverage
ASPEN HOME IMPROVEMENTS warrants that the installation and craftsmanship including exterior trim coverage by ASPEN window mechanics to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the property.
TRANSFERABLE
This Warranty is transferable to successive owners in which the INSUL-TEC custom window remains installed. 30 Days notification much be given to ASPEN HOME IMPROVEMENTS prior to the time of transfer.

STARMARK’S composite frames will not shrink in the winter or swell in the summer and are further warranted against warping, twisting, bowing, chipping, cracking, peeling, flaking, blistering, corrosion, chalking and discoloration other than normal weathering for the life of the property.
